Try high quality gaskets from Sunbeam Specialties. O-rings only work if there
are
custom designed O ring grooves and surfaces for them to seal against.
Take this information from one who uses O-rings to seal extremely large rocket
motors, and look what happens when the design isn't exactly right. (Not mine!)
