What people here can't fathom is how a Vice President could allow an
election to be so close-- he must be incompetent :-)
As is typical of this continent, my crank was cut .020-030" too big on most
journals and the machine shop didn't notice that the thrust face on the
crank is worn. Two quick questions:
1) What is the best clearance to go for on the mains and big ends?
2) can you get a main bearing with a bigger thrust face?
