Castrol LMA is the right grade and brand, although the synthetics can be
used. The only precaution I am aware of is that, for new rubber seals,
the Castrol should be used to properly swell the British Girling seals
to the right size, then drained and replaced with the good synthetic.
The real good point about synthetics is that they do not absorb moisture
from the air and allow it to dilute the brake fluid, as well as corrode
the polished bores. The LMA should be flushed every couple of years to
get rid of dissolved crud and accumulated moisture.
