Koni shocks

Howdy all,

Put the Tiger up on a lift today for the first time......The exhaust needs a 
lot of work.  The car has Koni shocks all around.   The rear shocks seem to 
be mounted on some kind of riser to extend the shock...almost like the shocks 
were too short.  It might be a stock item, I dont know.  Any help out there?  
Do these risers seem to be what should be there with Koni's?
