Dale A's MG steering rack adaptor w/RHD

Any opinions or information on using Dale A's MG steering rack adaptor on a RHD 
car?  Is it obvious that it won't work?

(I'm wondering since that corner of the engine bay gets awful crowded with the 
radiator hose, elbow-pipe around the steering column, and the steering itself.)
