Kirt Jenssen has put together an amazing set of tables of every fastener
used on the Sunbeam Tiger, and Alpines wherein the same.
He has even listed the materials, and exact fastener dimensions. This is
an amazing amount of effort, but he did not stop there. An Excel
spreadsheet is also downloadable.
To top the cake, he has located TWO vendors offering reasonably priced
packages of all the Tiger fasteners in 18-8 stainless, with the
exception of Grade 8 bolts and studs, as these strength requirements are
not obtainable in stainless.
