Bonnet stops/door stops

Can anyone tell me how to remove the two rear rubber bonnet stops without
destroying the rubber?  Mine seem to be frozen and I didn't want to apply too
much pressure to keep from twisting them off.  Also, I am in the process of
removing the doors and need to know the best way to remove the door stop with
the rivet in the center.  Thanks in
