Motor internals

Hi,  I'm selecting non-rotating assembly pieces (timing chain, roller
rockers, roller lifters, push rods, etc.) for my engine build and faced
with an almost unending number of vendor choices I'm kind of leaning
toward making it simple and going with Ford Racing (formerly Ford
Motorsports).  Is this as good of choice as most?  Any reason to beware
of any particular Ford Racing components???
