Frank,
Here are my best choices based on my demand for quality and the miser in me
with price.
Cloyes true roller timing chain - Best on the market ... Period. Available
through Summit ... pay the money.
Comp Cams Pro-Magnum stainless rockers - Rebuildable, lighter and excellent
geometry and most cost effective (try to use the 7/16" studs). Summit
Hydraulic Roller lifters - Crane had the best price through Summit and they
work fine. In fact could not tell them from the stock ford units. If the
stock ones are in good shape I would even reuse them.
Push rods thicker wall is better with performance valve springs and I went
with the trick flow ones with .080 wall thickness. Summit
Wait to order pushrods until you assemble your engine to be sure you have
the correct length. Use your old ones for the initial measurement.

Took me a year to save and buy all of the exact bits I wanted.

Best Regards,
