clutch info

Hello List,
 I am finally getting around to installing my engine/trans . 
I would like to obtain information and specification numbers ..etc..regarding 

clutch / flywheel combinations . 
I'm looking at the centerforce dual friction . I have a rebuildt 1987 302 
block and my original toploader .  Any suggestions would be welcomed.  

Also has anyone utilized the hydraulic throwout bearing...again ...looking 
for ideas .
