Dave
TE/AE, CAT, and STOA have all published this article in their
newsletters but I'm so far unable to find it online. Hopefully someone has
this article online and can send it to you, FAX it to you, or send you a
paper copy. Any chance there are fellow Sunbeamers in your area who can
help you with this?

There are a number of welds that should be done to strengthen the
crossmember plus the upper and lower A-arms. The article also includes
some dimensions to check on the crossmember and you need the Tiger Shop
Manual to check dimensions on the A-arms. You should also inspect the rear
spring perches for stress cracks. I had to have that area re-enforced on
my Tiger.

Subject: Front Crossmember reinforcement

Hi all,

Sorry to have to ask this question but where can I find the reinforcement
article for the Tiger front cross member. Going to be tearing it down in the
next few weeks after I get the rear axle and rear springs put back together.
Thanks in advance.
