I would guess that you wouldn't need to go above 30 PSI to even out the
tread contact across the width of the tires, but the only way to really
find out in the short term is to use a pyrometer and see what the
temperatures across the tread width look like after driving (down the
highway) for about ten to 15 minutes. Any wear pattern problems due to
improper tire pressure won't show up for thousands of miles.
