        I have removed the right side manifold with no problems.   I believe
I only had to remove the down pipe and the spark plugs before taking that
manifold off.   I'm not as sure about the left manifold, that's on the list
for next spring.   I can only say that I believe will come out in the same
manner.

Has anyone ever removed the exhaust manifolds on a stock Tiger without
dropping the crossmember and/or removing any of the steering linkage?  A
friend of mine would like to have them jet coated.
