Anybody out there running these tires on the street? How many miles are you
getting? I have 13" rims, and am debating whether to get the kumho's that
will last (if I'm lucky) a couple thousand miles on the street, or go for
the cheap solution and get the Sumitomo HTR 200's, which will likely last
over 10k miles but have worse grip.
I have the HTR's on my wifes car and they don't grip as well as my old
yokohama A509's. And certainly not as good as my worn-out yoko avs
intermediates. I know the "correct" answer is to just get 15" rims and then
have a real choice in rubber, but I don't have the $ for that right now.
Any feedback on the kumho's is appreciated.
