rebuilding 1A htr valves

Chuck, considering that the new valve pictured in the links last night 
in its original box sold on eBay recently for $395, and considering how 
many leaky valves are out there in Tiger Nation, I'd say there's a 
customer base for any enterprising Florida dude willing to tackle the 
rebuilding challenge.
