260 to 302 question

After a 10 hiatus I might be resuming work on my Tiger project. I have a  302 
out of a carbureted Mustang (85?) and the CATO recommend manifold, CATO  
headers and carb already purchased.
 
THE QUESTION:
 
My son is trying to get me to work over the 302. I want the car for general  
street use and fun. I have paid the price for over cammed street cars  before.
What does the group here suggest? A B303 cam?  Stay stock?
