I can only go by what you say, but your description sounds like a belt
capacity problem. If the belt from the crank is eventually driving the water
pump,
fan, alternator and AC, that may be too much especially if you have minimum
pulley wrap. Maybe you need two pulleys on the crank or more wrap.
