Paul's progress generated a question that I've been wondering about. for a  
while. What is considered the good, better and best brand of paint: PPG,  
Sikkens, Glasurit or other? I'm sure there are different levels within each  
manufacturer, but is one manufacturer better than the others? What is the  
relative 
cost difference, take painting a Tiger for  example, when the paint, 
hardeners, reducers, etc. are  considered?
