CAT lists a brake servo bypass line amongst their parts:

traveling kit. They don't list a price, so it may be out of stock.
In the early days, when I first got my Tiger, I pulled up to a light
alongside a Sprite. He looked at me and I looked at him - you know the
story. He yelled something about Alpines and the supercharger on his
Sprite, but I just ignored him. Anyway, the light turned green and he was
off, spinning his wheels and all. I eased off the line, letting him get
about 30 yards ahead and then nailed it. I shall never forget the look on
his face as I blew by. I backed off after a bit and he caught me and
motioned to pull over. We had a nice chat and admired each other's
cars. A few weeks later, I was at the dealer's and noticed what I thought
was the Sprite on his lot. I asked about it and the salesman told me the
guy had traded it in on a Tiger! Another believer.
