Crossmember removal

Is the crossmember r & r process documented anywhere?  I can't find it in
the service manual.  I know it only requires the removal of 4 bolts, but
there has to be some expertise involved - where do you put the jacks, how
high do you jack the car, how do you support the crossmember before you
start loosening bolts, etc.  I also understand that getting the holes lined
up when reinstalling can be a bitch.  I'm a neophyte on this kind of
mechanical work.  Thanks.
