I would guess if you didn't disturb the tie rods and camber adjustments then 
things would either be exactly the same or very close. It has the 
opportunity to come out with all adjustments intact. Since every time I tore 
one out I rebuilt it I never had that issue. I was always at ground zero. 
My objective was to always get it close enough so I could drive it to an 
alignment shop : )
