Hi John,

Here is the answer you requested.  You need to convert head to pressure.

The formula is p = h SG / 2.31
where
p = pressure (psi)
h = head (ft)
SG = X

You need the specific gravity of gasoline to do the calculation. The SG of
gasoline at 60 degrees F is about .72 of water which is 1.

So, the answer here is 1.25psi (rounded up) as I calculate.
