John Logan is looking at reproducing the mounting bases for the Sparto
lights for Tigers and Alpines. As this piece is a significant amount of
work he is looking to gauge how many people might like these to consider
a production run. As many of us have scored the lights off of Ebay sans
the bases it is an opportunity to obtain these. They are unique right
and left and require quite a bit of fabrication.
I am looking for some help with photos of the original bases and perhaps
original mounting instructions. A photo or scan of the instructions
would be great as John is working from scratch. I do know that Bud
Williams has an original set but have been unable to get a hold of him
for this. Any others out there that could provide photos of the
installation either on the car or of the parts dismounted. It would be
great to have original mounting measurements as they do not seem to
exist on the net at this point.
