Your comments was the information I have been looking for! I never thought
to try and attach a gutter clamp. Do you know if the Thule clamps are
available somewhere such as a sporting goods outlet?

I started with a Thule Rack gutter clamp bar, will attach to yhe top
easily
without scratching or coming off, put two eye bolts in it and
installed
pulleys in the structural part of the ceiling and raise it easily and
tie it
off to cleats on the wall, Clyde
