Hi Gary, and Joel,
It's an involved mod, but I changed over to Ford pattern 5 bolt (5 on 4 1/2)
hubs and then put on 11 3/4" rotors front and rear.

I got some redrilled stock front hubs from Tom Hall, and had new rear hubs
made by Doug Jennings' machinist. I had the rear hubs drilled and threaded so
I could use ARP screw-in studs.

Then I machined up some 1/2" spacers for the rear, that registered on the
drum step on the hub side, and had a step on the outside to locate '95-'99
Mustang Cobra rear discs. I made brackets to mount the Cobra calipers on the
rear axle and some spacer rings to account for the no-longer-needed drum
backing plate. I ended up making a set of 1/2" spacers to go outside the disc
so that I could run 2005 Mustang wheels.
I trimmed the wheel studs so that the lug nuts were pretty much bottomed out
if I ran without spacers and with the 1/2" spacers I still have full thread
engagement with some margin.

On the front I used Wilwood 11 3/4" x 0.81" rotors and Dynalite 4-piston
calipers. The rotor hats sit directly on the stock hub flange, but I made a
wheel spacer that has a ring on the inside so it registers on the hub and also
locates the rotor hat. The spacer also extends outwards to locate the wheel
center. The caliper mount adapter was a Z-shape made from a piece of 2.5 x 2.5
x 6" aluminum - I think I ended up removing about half of the mass from that
piece.

Dale's kit is probably a lot more cost effective if you factor in the time
required to do the fabrication, but if you really want 5-bolt hubs then you
should talk to him about that before you order parts. I'm sure he can make or
get pieces to suit, but it might take time.

I have the front end lowered some, rolled fender lips and trimmed valence.
Nothing hits, but it's so close that you can't get a finger between the fender
and the tire at the minimum clearance points.

I have pictures and can take more if you're interested.
Theo
