I have one of these tools and it's great.  It has saved me so much effort 
over what I went through when I was refitting wheels/tires on our street 
Tiger (Ramon remembers).  Any "locals" want to borrow it let me know.

For those of us contemplating wheel and tire size, offset, back spacing,
etc.you might look at a tool called "Percy's Wheelrite".  There are a 
number
of sites on the web about this tool, even some on how to make your   own.
Summit and Jegs have them for 70 bucks.
