A couple of inches? Just for interest's sake, what wheel/tire combination are
you running and what is the height above the pavement of the top of the rear
wheel arch?

Just this summer I increased the spacer thickness between the rear springs and
the axle to lower the rear of the car another inch, and that went a long way
towards curing understeer tendencies of the car. I have (I think) CAT springs
and old Koni shocks in the rear. Front is Aldan single adjustable coilover
shocks with 450 pound-per-inch springs.

Cheers (and sympathy - we got about six inches of snow overnight),
Theo
