[Tigers] Tiger Lister Could use internet help

Members,
One of our fellow listers in Canada, Dave Monroe, got knocked off the Tiger 
 list service about 6 months ago and has tried everything to correct the  
problem.  Is there anyone on the list who is literate in the field and  might 
give him some assistance in getting back on?

Not only couldn't he drive the Tiger because of the Canadian winter, but  
he's also been without the list.  Someone please help cure this  agony!
