If the starter was working correctly before, I would suggest checking that =
all of the=C2=A0 grounds are in good, shiny shape.

e fine)- Plus another gift from the previous builder is a sheared off (smal=
l) oil pan bolt on the front port corner (just next to the larger end bolt)=
 that I really should Easy Out, will be easier with oil pan removed (was le=
aving it for another day ...)=C2=A03) Any recommendations on whether one of=
 those=C2=A0 "mini starters" would be a good replacement & easier to get in=
 / out without having to remove engine mounts, headers, or oil pans etc?- D=
