Mine had the diaphragm.=C2=A0 I replaced with the diaphragm plus added stra=
ps from a local upholstery shop. Figured it might last longer before saggin=
g. Also put an extra foam piece across the bar at the front of the seat....=
..for 2 reasons....wanted extra thigh support and to delay the metal bar ev=
