The TR6 article in the latest Thoroughbred and Classic Cars
certainly implies that TR4/4a/6 doors ought to be interchangable, as
it's one of the things they mention as having been carried over
to keep the redesign costs down.

Good article; highly recommended for all it's PI-biased.  Sigh.
