Seeking Spit clutch M/C spring

Worldly Scions,

I am looking for a spring  used in the clutch master cylinder of a '78 Spit.
This part is not sold seperately, and the cost of a new M/C is prohibitive.
If anyone has one (or two) of these springs, or knows of a "reasonable
facimile" that could be substituted,  I would be most interested.  Please 
E-mail to me direct to keep the B/W down.   I am only on the digest
these days.
