Grace,and List,
Glad to see things went well.
To work on a TR fuel pump, Park on an incline.
This will raise the fuel pump higher than the fuel level in the tank.
A TR-6 will run on level ground with a full tank of gas WITHOUT A FUEL PUMP!
To get the points on to the high spot of the lobe,
To back to level ground, and put the car into 4th.
When you push the car a few inches one way or the other, the engine will
turn a little.
