smog fitting

Does anyone know where to get the air fitting that screws into the exhaust
manifold (to carry air from the smog pump to the exhaust manifold)? Car is
'77 spit.

I was told that it is a standard pipe fitting but it is not (the smog pump
one-way valve end IS, the manifold end IS NOT). The threated hole is 3/4"
24 TPI. If I had a male fitting with this and NPT threads on the other end, I
would be in business. Any ideas?
