As I understand it, the original hard tops were aluminum, offered on the TR4,
but were replaced by the stronger steel tops during its debut year. Come to
think of it, I need a top for my TR4A (mine is the cheap fiberglass
replacement). Want to lose that pesky extra top? Also, you wouldn't happen to
have a frame for the cloth surrey top, would you?
