Subject: Spitfire throttle linkage for dual SU's
The previous owner put dual SU's from a 1970 model Spit in my 1975 Spitfire,
but didn't change the cable linkage setup which now works poorly.
The Haynes manual shows a [Euro?] setup for dual SU's, where a cable attaches
to a small triangular plate. The triangular plate is attached to the
throttle rod on the carb linkage.
Vicki Brit doesn't show these parts in their catalog. Does anyone know a
vendor who would stock these linkage parts?
