TR2 points sparking

I have noticed that the points on my TR2 distributor are sparking, and
this is causing the points to deteriorate fairly quickly. I was under
the impression that the condenser is supposed to prevent this, so I
replaced the condenser. The problem persists. 

Is a certain amount of sparking in the points normal? If not, what else
might be at fault here?
