Triumph Register of North America

I was going through some of my old files this weekend and found some
1978 issues of the Triumph Register of North America....vol 4 I believe.
Does anyone know what happened to that organization. I also found some
1978 issues of the VTR publication also, along with an unbuilt 59TR3
model from Entex? Kind of like having a project card in a box!
