There has been some discussion on the list about flexible clutch hoses
which the TR250 has as you well know. Might want to check if the hose
wall is breaking down and expanding under pressure causing a reduction
in slave cylinder travel. That may account for your clutch barely
releasing at the bottom of travel and re-engaging too soon. I'd be
interested in knowing what the root problem you find. Hope you make
