Angelo,
I put DOT5 fluid in my Spit over 2 years ago and have not
experienced any problem with brake or clutch. I did make sure that
the entire system was void of DOT3 fluid. I was cautioned also to
pour the silicone fluid slowly since it would trap air more readily
than DOT3 fluid. I didn't have any problems bleeding the systems. It
works for me.
