While on this thread of differing specifications on various markets, U.S.A., European, Australian, I seem to remember reading somewhere that Spitfires, GT6's and possibly Hearld's and Vitesse's? delievered to the country "down under" had additional/more spotwelding done as a result of the harsher driving conditions- Barry Schwartz Bschwartz@encad.com (work) Bschwart@pacbell.net (home) (San Diego) 70' Spitfire (under-going major surgery) , 72'-V6 Spitfire (daily driver) 70'GT6+ |
