   I recently did this to rebush the column.  I used a punch at an angle to
put a dent in the bolt "heads".  Then I used the punch to turn the bolts.  It
was slow, but it worked. Write if you need help replacing the bushes.  BTW,
replacing them didn't help the steering much but my wasn't that bad to start
with.
