Anyway, here's my answer (see question below):
1 furlong = 220 yds, 1 mile = 1760 yds, 1 day = 24 hours, 1 fortnight = 336 hrs
Therefore, 100 mpd = (100/24) = 4.166 mph (is that all??)
8 furlongs = 1 mile, therefore, (4.166*8) = 33.33 furlongs/hour
Therefore, (33.33*336) = 11,200 furlongs/fortnight
Anyone care to work it out in fathoms per lunar month or as a fraction of a
light-year?
