' 65 or ' 66 Herald for sale Northern Calif

There is a Herald for sale in Windsor,CA , about 60 miles north of San
Francisco. It is a saloon missing the hardtop, front windshield and various
other parts. Andy Mace thought it was ' 65-66 era car (  VIN #GB 35852
,seller does not have a title) . He was asking $200. I looked at the car
