TR3 Oil Change Tips Wanted

It's time for the 2nd oil/filter change on my "new" 1957 TR3. The first time
was a real messy affair and I'm looking for a tip or two that might help me
keep the oil off the floor of my garage. There has to be a better way. I
don't want to use any more B-Dry than I have to. I have the oil/filter
changes in my TR6 down to a science.
