Subject: TR3 on an auto transporter???

Greetings,

Has anyone ever put a TR3 on one of those auto transporters you rent
from U-Haul?

I moved two TR250's this way and remember the wheelbase being pretty
tight. I just looked up the dimensions and realized the track on the '3B
is 45" front, 45.5" rear. The '250 track is 49.25" front, 48.75" rear.

It seems to me when loading the '250's I did _not_ have a spare 4".

So, has anybody done it? Can it be done?

Here's my reponse

I moved my TR3 from Arkansas inside the U-Haul's biggest Box trailer. It
was a tight fit and the front valance wasn't on it but it did fit. hope
this helps.
