Has anyone repaired the top lip of the inner front fenders on their TR6?
I am referring to the lip onto which the outer fenders are bolted. My
inner fenders are in fairly good shape except for rust and missing metal
along this top lip, and I don't feel like replacing the entire inner
fender to correct this.
The only problem I see is that the upper lip has indentations to accept
the screw tabs for the fender mounting bolts; therefore, a long piece of
metal could not just be welded on to the tops of the inner fenders.
Any tips would be appreciated.
