I have a '79 Spit with the stock carb. I am thinking about putting a new carburetor on it. The question is, will I notice a change in performance. The car is running wonderfully now and I hate to think that I would spend a lot of cash and be worse off than I started. I think my priorities are something like this. 1) Performance 2) Easy to tune 3) Reliable 4) Easy to install 5) Cost (within reason) Dave C '79 Spit '75 Parts Spit |
