Does anyone have any experience with performance modifications to the TR-6
braking system? I've seen cross drilled rotors, vented rotors, and braided
stainless/teflon hoses offered and was curious as to their usefulness.

Eric,

I remember someone talking about installing a modified vacumn pump from a
Volvo(?) that gave his TR6 tremendous braking power. I will try to get in
contact with them and get any details.
