  Are you *SURE* this is what happened?

  Skipping timing chains is a very very rare phenomena,
but something that I think gets accused of happening
a fair bit.

  I'm not sure I disprove it so vehemently, but I remember
somebody (list or real life) saying "It just doesn't
happen, period".

  I'd be inclined to beleive that it's a lot more
likely fall off than to half-fall off and magically
be caught on the next hole.
